Maria joined the firm in 1993 after graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law. While at St. Thomas University, she earned her Juris Doctorate. After her attendance at St. Thomas University, she attended the University of Miami School of Law and obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation.

Maria is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Florida and further is admitted to practice before the Northern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Tax Court. Maria is currently a principal of the firm.

Prior to attendance at St. Thomas University, she attended the State University of New York at Albany where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Maria's undergraduate degree was in Psychology. Maria graduated locally from Mt. Pleasant High School in Schenectady and is fluent in Italian.

Maria is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
